FAQ
Plant Care: common questions
Do you bring fertiliser or new pots?
No. The Xpert brings basic hand tools only. Fertilisers and chemicals need to be provided by you, and repotting is not included.
How long can I book plant care for?
You can book 1–2 hours per visit. Choose the duration in the app; the full price is shown before you pay.
Who does the plant care?
A Turanta Xpert who has passed background and KYC checks. You can follow them live on the way, and work only starts after you share the OTP at the door.
