Open the app and pick what you need: a house clean, kitchen or bathroom, dishes, laundry, or a few hours of general help. Each service lists exactly what is and is not included.
Choose Instant for the earliest available Xpert near you, or Schedule to pick a day and time. The full price, with taxes and fees, is on screen before you confirm.
Every Xpert is background-checked and KYC-verified before their first booking. Follow them live on the map, and share the one-time OTP at the door. Work cannot start without it.
Rate your Xpert when the job is done and request them again next time. If your regular Xpert is off, Turanta reassigns your booking to another verified Xpert automatically.
Paying on Turanta
Pay securely by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, or use your Turanta Wallet balance. Add money to the wallet any time, and use it to extend a visit that needs a little longer.
