Delete your account

Whether you're a customer or an Xpert, you can permanently delete your account directly from the app in a few taps — no support ticket required.

Customer app

Turanta

  1. Open the Turanta app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Review the warning, then tap Delete account again to confirm.

This removes your saved addresses and booking history. It can't be undone.

Partner app

Turanta Xpert

  1. Open the Turanta Xpert app and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
  4. Review the warning, then tap Delete account again to confirm.

This removes your Xpert profile and application details. It can't be undone.

Good to know

  • Your account is deactivated immediately and you're signed out on confirmation.
  • You'll need to sign up again to use Turanta in future.
  • Some information, like completed payment records, may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

Lost access to your phone or can't sign in? Contact us and we'll delete your account on request.
