Do you bring boxes and tape?
No. Please keep boxes, tape and packing material ready. Heavy lifting, moving furniture and valuables are not included.
How long can I book packing or unpacking for?
You can book 1–3 hours per visit. Choose the duration in the app; the full price is shown before you pay.
Who does the packing or unpacking?
A Turanta Xpert who has passed background and KYC checks. You can follow them live on the way, and work only starts after you share the OTP at the door.
