FAQ
Laundry Support: common questions
Do you iron sarees, blazers or party wear?
No. Steam ironing, blazers, coats, sarees, party wear and delicate designer garments are not included.
Will the Xpert dry the clothes?
Drying is not part of the service. The Xpert washes and irons; hanging clothes out to dry stays with you.
How long can I book laundry support for?
You can book 1–3 hours per visit. Choose the duration in the app; the full price is shown before you pay.
Who does the laundry support?
A Turanta Xpert who has passed background and KYC checks. You can follow them live on the way, and work only starts after you share the OTP at the door.
